Our typical pre-season session lasts approximately 1.5 hours. During these sessions we will develop the following traits:

  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Change of direction
  • Acceleration
  • Deceleration
  • Overall body strength
  • Pure power development
  • Sport-specific conditioning
  • Flexibility


  • Our proprietary Evaluation Process helps us pinpoint areas of weakness and muscle imbalances in each athlete. This process also provides our pre-test measurement. We combine this information with each individual’s personal goals and the requirements for their primary sport to construct a specific program.

    At the conclusion of each program, every athlete participates in post-testing to clearly demonstrate the results achieved.

    Our trainers are 100% certified and have experience at a Division 1 sports level or beyond.
