When you need the knowledge, but may not have the time…

We have seen a growing need for nutritional knowledge combined with common sense workouts. We have combined this need into our unique “Food and Fitness Coaching Program”. What do you get with this program:

  • A meeting 1 time per week for roughly 60-90 minutes.
  • Instruction on a major nutritional topic during the first half of the session by a certified nutritionist.
  • Detailed presentation of a workout program participants can do at home or in the gym of their choice.
  • An ideal option for those who simply do not have the time to commit to regular workouts, but want to make better food choices and still benefit from advanced workout programs they can take with them.
