Are you stressing yourself fat?
Hey Everyone,
First of all, I apologize for slackin’ on the blog posts. We had two events going on here at Matrix, so I just could not get to it. Sorry, I know you are anxious with anticipation regarding my body fat updates…
Personal Update: Current Bodyweight= 233# (down 9 total pounds) Also, since this coming Sunday is my 49th birthday, I was working towards a 500, 400, 300 combination. That is, I was targeting a 500 pound deadlift (managed 505 pounds), a 400 pound squat (401 pounds was successful) and a 300 pounds bench (managed 315# here). This distracted me a bit from my body fat management goals, but at least I did not lose any ground. Why am I still trying to lift heavy? Simple. I really enjoy it. I’ll still get appropriate cardio work done, but nothing gives me the satisfaction of a good weight training session.
In the meantime, I am doing a talk in Hyannis,MA this weekend to a large group of business owners on dealing with stress and enviromental toxins in the workplace. This particular group deals with such toxins regularly. I found the research very interesting and thought it might be a good bit of information to pass along.
