5 easy steps to getting started again

Hey Everyone,

These days all of you have an overwhelming number of choices when it comes to getting in shape; local gyms, home gyms, trainers, boot camps, PX90, spin classes, and a thousand different diet plans or info-mmercial gadgets. It can be just a bit too much at times. All of them are marketed so well it seems any one of them could be your “answer”.

I wanted to take a step back today and throw out a stripped down, 5 step plan for getting the whole process moving. Some people are so inundated with media messages from everywhere, they suffer from “paralysis from analysis”. They don’t know who to beleive, so they do nothing.

Take a quick listen to today’s blog and give yourself a present year by simply do something small to get started.
